About me
I did a 4 year apprenticeship at the Hall and Woodhouse brewery which gave me experience across a wide range of systems from industrial control systems to office/house electrics.
A further year was spent working for Dorchester based C.E.E.S LTD mostly doing contract work for Wessex Water and Hamworthy Engineering who both required a high standard of workmanship.
I spent 7 1/2 years overseas, travelling, working and volunteering before coming home and going self-employed under the trading name TJ Electrical. For the last 4 years I have been trading almost entirely by word of mouth.
My work
My work covers domestic customers, letting agents/landlords, workshops, garages, 3 phase installations, shops, offices and building projects.
I feel that it is important to engage with my customers and work together to achieve their desired results.
April 2017 I formed Southern Cross Electrical Services LTD as a continuation of TJ Electrical. Nothing has really changed, it’s still just me.

I am a certified installer of electric vehicle charge points.
